You are simply more alive when you are on a mission.  People who are not committed to what they do, live very empty lives.  Meaningless work destroys the soul!  Sterling W. Sill said that: “Usually it is our work that gives our lives their greatest significance.  It is what we do that determines every other thing in life.”

It’s hard for me to believe that I’ve been doing network marketing for 33 years!!!  Can you imagine how many phone calls I’ve made and how many presentations I’ve done?  WOW! 

I had the opportunity to be a major player with four different companies.  I have seen just about everything.  From personal experience, I can tell you that nothing can touch Nikken!  It was no fun investing years of my life along with my heart and commitment into something that went out of business. Truly, the opportunity of a lifetime is only as good as the lifetime of the opportunity! 

In fact most businesses, whether traditional or MLM don’t make it.  In our current business environment, Nikken’s matchless financial strength and long track record are significant talking points for anyone who has long-range perspective. I’m reminded almost daily that astonishing miracles are happening to people.  Nikken products are more life changing than any other product out there – Period!  We have an unrivaled compensation plan (40 million for me so far!)  You can have it all:  Time and Money Freedom, A Business of your own, Personal Growth and Leadership Development and The Opportunity to make the Biggest Difference!

We really don’t know how much we can do until we put forth the effort and what we do can transform the lives of countless people.

We have entered a new world.  Be very careful of newspapers and don’t watch TV!  Don’t buy into CNN (Constantly Negative News!)  Of course, there are challenges.  Many businesses are going to fail.  At this same time, many of my Nikken friends are more excited than they’ve ever been.  Many of the things that are happening to our country are not exciting, but it is exciting that Nikken has the answers. It’s better to lean into the stiff wind of opportunity than to simply hunker down and do nothing.

People are looking for leadership and for something to believe in. “The Great Man,” wrote Thomas Carlyle, “was always as lightning out of Heaven; the rest of men waited for him like fuel, and then they too would flame.” – which is another way of saying THE SPEED OF THE GROUP IS DETERMINED BY THE SPEED OF THE LEADER.  Catch fire and keep the flame burning!

Remember YOU do make a difference!   All you have to do to become a leader is sponsor someone.  Just one new person who is calling you and is excited Will Change Everything!  In turn, if you can help that person sponsor someone, you are well on your way. 

Vision & Leadership - Have a long-term perspective and learn to like to do the things you have to do.

We are in the business of talking to people about Nikken and teaching others to do the same. Do this well and do this often and your business will gain a life of its own.

Starting a new leg feels so good!  I just love the idea of being a lamplighter.  An agent of change, the catalyst for wonderful new possibilities.  What might happen if you were absolutely enthralled with this?  Imagine what might happen if you actually really tried and gave it your all – you’re very best! 

To attract the best people into your business you need to do as good as you can. Success attracts more success!  I believe the happiest people are the ones that are just all out going as fast as they can and are anxiously engaged in this magnificent cause.

Have a vision of where you’re going, what you want to be. Have a good mentor, always be positive, pray sincerely, plan well, work hard, smile always, and you can make it happen.

Start the day by doing the most difficult things first.

Keep your mind at ease as you go through your “things to do today” list.

Constantly remind yourself of your beautiful goals you are accomplishing Fill your mind with happy thoughts and quietly give thanks for all the good things you have received.

There are many benefits Network Marketing offers to those that want more in life. However, many people fail to investigate this industry because they have a misconception of some concepts regarding MLM. Let’s clear up a few of these misconceptions.

Getting in on the ground floor is the best time to start a Network Marketing Business.
The truth is, it is the worst time to join. Eighty-five percent of all companies, including Network Marketing companies, go out of business during their first three to five years. The Network Marketing business model is no different than any other business model.

Network Marketing is an opportunity for someone who is not doing well financially to make some money - maybe even a lot of money.
The truth is that many people who are struggling financially are doing so for a number of reasons, including low self-esteem and/or a lack of the basic skills and preparation that allow one to succeed in anything. Network Marketing is a powerful and dynamic economic model, but not so powerful that it can overcome people’s lack of readiness or persistence. People who are already successful in whatever they do, tend to also succeed in Network Marketing. The great part is they are apt to do better financially in Network Marketing because the economic dynamics are so powerful.

Network Marketers succeed by being in the right place at the right time.
Network Marketing is a business: it is not a hobby, a game, a scheme, a deal, or something in which to dabble. People who treat it lightly do not succeed. People who treat it as a new career, a profession, and a business have a reasonable opportunity to make it pay off
very well. As with any new career, profession or business you need to learn what you are doing, invest in your education and tools, and apply yourself diligently.

The way Network Marketing works is the “Big Guys” make all their money off the “Little Guys”.
The “big guys, little guys” myth is usually perpetuated by people who define “fairness” as “everyone gets the same benefits regardless of their contributions.” That is not how Network Marketing works. In Network Marketing, the people who attract, train and motivate the most salespeople earn the most money.

You have to use your friends and family to make any money in Network Marketing.
The truth is, you do not and should not. Your friends and family should only become part of your business if it serves them to do so. If you do not believe your opportunity can serve them, do not offer it to them.

If MLM really worked, everyone would get involved and the market would soon be saturated.
The truth is, although this is mathematically possible, history has proven that saturation is not an issue.

Not everyone in Network Marketing can build a residual income business?
An effective Network Marketing distributorship built in an established long-term Network Marketing company can, and should, steady residual income indefinitely.

A reasonably capable person in the right company can create a monthly residual income of $5,000 within a couple years of part-time effort. THAT’S RIGHT - a million-dollar distributorship within three to four years!

A residual income from a reliable MLM company is perhaps the only truly viable option available to anyone with the ambition to pursue it. I personally believe that in the next few years most people will have added this business model to their wealth-building strategies.

Network Marketing is the economic stimulus for everyone!
